Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is to have our customers enjoy their shopping online experience with us, and we will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied and happy with your purchase.
- We welcome a return within 10 days of original purchase.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We welcome a return or exchange within 10 days from original purchase, or a store credit within 15 days from date of original purchase.
- ALL returns must have a receipt, original tags attached and be unworn/unwashed in the same condition you received it.
- We require a receipt to be sent back and accompany your purchase to complete your return.
- Please do not send your purchase back prior to enquiring for return authorization.
- Shipping is nonrefundable
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Once your return is inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Once you are approved, your refund will be processed, crediting the original credit card as your original method of payment will be applied within a certain number of days.
- We are not responsible for wrongfully entered shipping addresses.
- If an error has been made, please contact us immediately.
- If you have received a damaged item please contact us about the issue within 3 business days. Please be sure to inspect your items as soon as you get them, your happiness is our goal!
